IEEE JCC is being held in person, in the San Francisco Bay Area in August 2022. However, we recognise that some delegates will not be able to travel to the event due to visa and quarantine issues in their home countries.If you can show that you have a legitimate reason for not attending (e.g. visa wait time or quarantine restrictions) we will allow you to attend and present your work online through our special online sessions. Please contact the PC Chair if this is the case.
DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Newark – Fremont
IEEE JCC will be located at the DoubleTree hotel in Newark-Fremont, California. The hotel is located between Oakland and San Jose in Silicon Valley, half a mile from NewPark Mall. For those who cannot attend due to visa/covid restrictions, online sessions will be provided.
Some rooms feature a balcony or patio with city or garden views, and every stay starts with a warm chocolate chip cookie.
